• Don't panic! Your record does not have to be completed in one sitting. Once the Basic Information section has been completed, you are welcome to return to the form and input the remaining information at your convenience.
• Try to ensure that all data that you input is as accurate as possible. Bear in mind that the information you input will be made publicly available.
