Guidelines for the Implementation of the European Landscape Convention
These guidelines have been adopted by the Council of Europe as recommendations to signatory nations that wish to draw up and implement a national landscape policy based on the Convention. They take account of advances and developments in the concept of landscape in Europe and of the diverse existing and practical experience in applying the Convention. This document is also useful as a gloss to the Convention's general principles and provisions, in addition to the Convention's explanatory notes.
