Booking conditions

You will be sent an email confirming your booking within two working days of completing the workshop registration form.
A VAT invoice will be sent to the invoice addressee within 5 working days of completing the workshop registration form.
Written cancellations will be accepted up to the 25th November 2008. Cancellations after 25th November 2008 will be liable for the full amount.
Delegates may be substituted prior to the event, provided the organisers are notified in advance.
